API Setup: Nebius

Nebius API access is granted to service accounts. To create a service account, go to the Nebius AI Cloud Console, expand the "Administration" menu item in the left navbar and click on "IAM".

On the Identity and Access Management page, click on the "Create Entity" dropdown button and click on "Service Account"

Enter a name for your service agent (or use the generated default) and pick a project for this service agent to have access to.

The next modal requires adding the service account to a group (select a group that has at least "compute.instance-power-operator" and "Global viewer" permits).

The service account should now be created. Click on the newly created service account row to view its details.

In the service account details page, on the "Keys" tab, click on "Upload authorized key"

Follow the instructions to generate a key-pair for this service account, attach the generated public.pem and click "Upload key". Keep the private.pem somewhere safe to be used when setting up Nebius API keys on Strong Compute.

Your service account page will be updated. You can now click on "Create access key"

You can now copy the Secret Key.

Note: To properly setup Nebius as a vendor, you will need the following:

• Tenant ID

• Service Account ID

• Authorized Key ID

• Private Pem String
